Introduction to Humanitarian Law is a 4-hour interactive session that explains the role of the Red Cross in the implementation of IHL, an overview of IHL, Violations, Consequences, Reasons to Respect IHL.
This course is offered free to the community as part of our role in disseminating this information as one of our priority program
areas of the international services of the American Red Cross.
